Meet Eleni!
Eleni Kontzamanys (she/her) is a New York City based Actor, Singer, Songwriter, and Dancer that hails from Miami, Florida!
From a very early age, Eleni knew she wanted to pursue Musical Theater. At age 3, when Eleni went to go see The Lion King on Broadway with her moms, she told them she wanted to be "there" as she pointed eagerly to the stage. Ever since then, Eleni actively pursued theater, and went to New World School of the Arts in Miami, FL for high school. This past May, she graduated Summa-Cum Laude from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Musical Theater with an emphasis in dance. When she's not doing theatre, she's probably at a drag brunch, playing the daily crossword puzzle, or spending time with friends!
Her most recent credits include Leading Player in Pippin at Firehouse Center for the Arts, u/s Lizzie Borden/Alice Russel in Lizzie at The Umbrella Stage, and Ensemble (u/s Vivienne) in Legally Blonde at Moonbox Productions.
Eleni is known for her work ethic, being multi-faceted, creative, and passionate, which makes her a valuable asset to any project she enters. Her goal as an artist is to create a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment, as well as creating theatre that uplifts and unites people.
